He-e-ere we go

Beer #2: Desperado Verde

I actually don’t think this was the second one but too many to get into.

ABV: 4.7%

What? Another cynical cash-in into the ‘summer’ lager category.
Lager, tequila, mint & lime.

Verdict: Inoffensive BBQ drop. 6/10

Beer #3: Tyskie

Tyskie – a classic polish lager. Cheap but definitely not nasty.

ABV: 5.6%

Verdict: Can’t go wrong with Tyskie 7/10

Beer #4 Saint Premium

Hails from Manchester

ABV: 4.6%

Meh 5/10

Beer #5 Pauwel Kwak

Now we’re talking! Pauwel Kwak is a sweet creamy amber coloured nectar and is a fine example of Belgian Beer at it’s best.

First tasted at Hotel du Vin served in the traditional wooden stand and bell glass. This is one of the best beers I’ve ever tasted. 9/10

Beer #6: Limburgh Wheat

Local goodness! From a guy who brews in his garage, the Ashley Down Brewery is homegrown and tasty. You won’t find this in Tesco but if you’re eagle-eyed around Bristol you may find a few here and there on tap. 8/10

Beer #7 Goose Island Honkers Ale

An American bitter to accompany big ass burgers at Atomic Burger. 7/10

ABV: 4.3%

Beer #8: Efes Pilsen

The pride of Turkey, a fresh flavoured Pilsener perfect for Mezze 7/10

ABV: 5%
